  • Provide general support and assistance to the QHSSE function.
  • Assist in external and internal audits of QHSSE and follow up on audit outcomes.
  • Assist the QHSSE in training activities of the function members.

Job Function

 

  • Consolidate HSSE and Quality data from various Business Units (BU) and prepare the QHSSE Reports / dashboard.
  • Coordinate with HSSE Officers / Quality personnel at various BU and follow-up of periodic HSSE tasks that needs to be carried out at the sites.
  • Closely track on certificate renewals for both HSSE and Quality and follow up on timely renewal deadlines.
  • Ensure close communication with the QHSSE team and get the required updates as and when required by management.
  • Provide general support and assistance to the QHSSE function.
  • Assist in external and internal audits of QHSSE and follow up on audit outcomes.
  • Assist the QHSSE in training activities of the function members.
  • Review and consolidate all type of inventories related to the Group HSSE Officers within the scope of the HSSE Function.

Educational Qualification and Training / Experience

  • Bachelor Degree, preferably in Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the same industry or similar field.

Skills and Abilities

  • Reasonable knowledge of relevant QHSSE principles.
  • Strong computer Skills, especially in Microsoft Office.
  • Support in QHSSE training requirements.
